| 2 mile warm up then 5 laps on the track. I was supposed to hit 1:46 for 1, 3, and 5, then 1:51 for 2 and 4. It was alright, I felt like I had no energy today. 1:36, 1:52, 1:47, 2:00, 1:47. Even the mile cool down was a struggle today. :/

| 8 400 m repeats with 400 m recovery at Little Valley Park. My time was 1:50 for the first 6 then 1:44 for the last two, but I hit around 1:30-1:35 for the first 4, 1:40-1:50 for the next 2, then about 1:30 for the last 2. It felt like a good workout today. I did have a hard time breathing after the faster ones. It was a really good day altogether though, I stayed up with the varsity girls pretty well.

| Hill repeats today. I just did them at my house, about the same length of a hill, but a little bit steeper and on the road. I got 10 repeats, then finally have in. Felt good to run in a little bit of rain.
