8 400 m repeats with 400 m recovery at Little Valley Park. My time was 1:50 for the first 6 then 1:44 for the last two, but I hit around 1:30-1:35 for the first 4, 1:40-1:50 for the next 2, then about 1:30 for the last 2. It felt like a good workout today. I did have a hard time breathing after the faster ones. It was a really good day altogether though, I stayed up with the varsity girls pretty well.
