| Definitely not 100% but it felt good to complete a workout again. 4x400's on the track at 1:27. Hit 1:27, 1:28, 1:40, and 1:39. The last two my head felt like I was light headed kinda, I might still have a little bit of a cold still, I don't know. My leg feels so much better! I was really nervous about it but I biked a little, iced and massaged it. Just tight upper calf thank goodness. I'm nervous for this meet, but I'm so ready to be racing again!

| Ran 5 out toward the airport hill. Mostly dirt and flat today. My shin started hurting again and I stretched for a while and iced it for at least 15 minutes with an ice cup. My legs aren't sore, so I know it's not just my calf. :/

| Biked about 5.5 miles today, mostly flat with a couple hills. Had to make it quick to be back before my sister left for work. Throwing was pretty good today. A little frustrated with the discus but I threw the shot about 26 feet, a bnew pr. Can't wait to see how I do tomorrow. Just a bit mad I won't be racing, but hopefully my shin will get better and it'll be a benefit. Saw the trainer today and he taped my arch and that seemed to help a little too.

| First run in a while. Let's just say that was the longest week of not being allowed to do stuff. I thought my shin healed over the break but it hurt a little bit in the second half of the run, but not too bad. Iced it afterwards. I'm going to go to the doctor to see if I can get this fixed. The run on the otherhand, not the best, I definitely have a lot of work to do to make my goals for the season.
