First run in a while. Let's just say that was the longest week of not being allowed to do stuff. I thought my shin healed over the break but it hurt a little bit in the second half of the run, but not too bad. Iced it afterwards. I'm going to go to the doctor to see if I can get this fixed. The run on the otherhand, not the best, I definitely have a lot of work to do to make my goals for the season.
