| Easy 3 in the morning and 6 plus 200 M finishes in the afternoon. Ran the ridge and did some climbing with Rachel and a couple of the girls. Finally a really good easy day! Finished with some 200's, 40, 40, 36, 36.

| 3 miles easy in the morning and 6 miles in the afternoon. Had 3x mile repeats. First one I ran at my pace at 7:47, then I wanted to run with Brianna and Johanna and ran a 7:08 then a 6:59 with them. Really glad I was able to keep with them!

| I had a really good race today! It wasn't my best but I felt really focused today. Came in first for our team for JV Junior/Senior girls. Dropped 3 minutes from the Dixie race last week, and 3 minutes from this course my sophomore year. Only 15 seconds from making varsity dang it, but another week of workouts and I think I can get there next race!
