Personal:
Former cross country and track runner at Desert Hills High School. Happily married to my wonderful husband Trevor. I’ve overcome cancer twice, and I’m just trying to get back in to running shape again since finishing my treatments. Also studying digital design at DSU.
It felt so much better to run today than it has for a while. My easy pace actually felt easy. After a hill that I try to pick up my pace on, I recovered quicker, and kept jogging, rather than walking. Did 15 minutes of Timbatta afterward also.
