I ran an easy 3 around 9 in the morning with the dog.  Just a little note, don't take the leash off at the park.  Nobody was at Little Valley except maintenance people, but as soon as I took the leash off animal control came around the corner.  The guy only told me her leash had to be on, but a little embarrassing because she doesn't come when called.... anyway....

Around 3 I ran to Hidden Valley Park, because my family and I were going there to have family night around 4.  I ended up combining to of our runs together kind of, because it's not exactly 4 miles.  I ran out from my neighborhood and took Tamarisk into Bloomington Hills and past the High School.  Then from there I ran the Hidden Valley run. 37:59, 9:15 pace.  I still had another quarter mile and did my 6, 100 meter strides.  5 of them were 21 seconds and the last was 20 seconds.

1 mile warm up, then 4 2:00 hard 2:00 easy.  Then a 1 mile cool down.  It wasn't too bad, but I would run down one hill and run up the other to go around a block in my neighborhood since that was about a quarter mile.  Tiring to go uphill, but I figured it'd be a good way to tie in a hill workout, hopefully it pays off in the end.

I didn't go running until 7 in the evening... and didn't feel like dealing with stoplights so I ended up running to Summit and back.  Found out it's exactly 2 miles from my house.  My first mile was 8:30, and I felt like I could have easily kept that, but it didn't happen. Had stomach aches through my run, didn't feel that great today.  I've decided I hate running by myself, I psych myself out too much.  I was running up River Road right after the stoplight to turn to Summit and I saw some guy on the other side.  Just picked up my pace a little, and so did he. When he crossed the street I took off and ran up farther. Stopped at the top of the hill and he went into the neighborhood, but when he passed he was like, "Jeez, didn't need to run so fast." Creepy... Hopefully tomorrow's a better run.
