I didn't go running until 7 in the evening... and didn't feel like dealing with stoplights so I ended up running to Summit and back.  Found out it's exactly 2 miles from my house.  My first mile was 8:30, and I felt like I could have easily kept that, but it didn't happen. Had stomach aches through my run, didn't feel that great today.  I've decided I hate running by myself, I psych myself out too much.  I was running up River Road right after the stoplight to turn to Summit and I saw some guy on the other side.  Just picked up my pace a little, and so did he. When he crossed the street I took off and ran up farther. Stopped at the top of the hill and he went into the neighborhood, but when he passed he was like, "Jeez, didn't need to run so fast." Creepy... Hopefully tomorrow's a better run.
