Former cross country and track runner at Desert Hills High School. Happily married to my wonderful husband Trevor. I’ve overcome cancer twice, and I’m just trying to get back in to running shape again since finishing my treatments. Also studying digital design at DSU.
Decided to go to morning practice today so I could run with others. It was good to see my old coaches again, and hopefully I'll continue to see them. The boys ran for 30 minutes indoors today. I ran 20 minutes with them. Gotta start from somewhere.
Managed to roll both of my ankles the other night learning how to longboard... So I biked three miles today. Hopefully by Monday I'll be good to go though!
Walked with my sister tonight, I like mornings better. Also biked 3 miles this afternoon. My ankles don't hurt as bad today, and I didn't have to take any ibuprofen today so that's good.
