Personal:

Former cross country and track runner at Desert Hills High School. Happily married to my wonderful husband Trevor. I’ve overcome cancer twice, and I’m just trying to get back in to running shape again since finishing my treatments. Also studying digital design at DSU.

I haven't been able to find too much time to run the last couple of days being on vacation with family. Only got a mile in on the treadmill at our hotel. Ran about a 6:30 with incline. Knee started to hurt a little bit though.  Would've done more but we were getting ready to go back over to Disneyland. At least I got a lot of walking in, but I wanted to run more.

Got home last night from vacation so I was able to go to practice today. Kept it easy, still recovering from flu. Ran about 30 minutes on the trails then about 15-20 minutes on the track. Felt good today, but my head hurt a little and still tired from flu.
