Easy 3 to the bridge and back this morning. 1 mile run in P.E. today, only 4 seconds from a PR, ran a 7:01 today, fastest runner in my class! Afternoon practice: Half mile warm up, then another 1.25 mile warm up for the speed workout, 1.75 in speed workouts, ran faster than we were supposed to and it felt really good. 4x200 repeats with 200 rest in between, 42, 49, 41, 42. 2x400 with a 400 rest in between, 1:42, 1:36. A mile cool down. All in all, it felt like a really accomplishing day, and I love the feeling of running this much, oh yeah, meanwhile I'm sick today too, so that makes it all the more better.
