Easy 3 in the morning to the bridge and back. Afternoon practice: 1.3 warm up down hidden valley road and back. 3 miles of Kenya run, or something like that. I thought we were going to all run together, so I hopped in behind Meghan and Darian, who followed the A-boys. We ran at a 10:00 pace, which was torture, because that's the pace the kills me most, it's just slow enough from what I'm starting to pace at lately... anyway, kept with the group just fine, 3 miles, happy day to run with the A-group, even if it was accidentally. |
