Former cross country and track runner at Desert Hills High School. Happily married to my wonderful husband Trevor. I’ve overcome cancer twice, and I’m just trying to get back in to running shape again since finishing my treatments. Also studying digital design at DSU.
The workout went pretty good I think. I just feel burned out. Trying to get used to doing more, so hopefully I won't feel like this for long. I definitely need to work on my mindset after today. 3 McGruff's hill repeats and 3 progression 400's.
