Had a really good workout today. We did a two mile warm up toward Yesco then did a 10 minute tempo run. I fell back a little about the last quarter mile, probably ended 10-15 seconds after the group. We mad it about a mile and a half, around 7:05-7:10 pace. Then 200's at the school and cool down to 6 miles. Still felt sick today, hopefully near the end of it though. Figured out I need to get some new shoes too.
