Good day of throwing today, I'm really excited to see how I'll do! 2 mile warm up, 2x1 mile repeats. Hit 7:05 for the first, 23 sec. slow... The second one I asked coach to help me out. Hit the first lap right on then slow on the second. He stopped me there, 2 minute recovery jog then did another lap at the same pace, 1:39. Recovery, then another at 1:41 and a mile cool down. Did some Tabatta on my own and stretching. I need to work on my breathing to keep it calm. I think I need to go faster on my easy days. |
