After the warm up I lifted weights with the throwers then ran 3 down Hidden Valley. Felt like a really good run today. My head never hurt so that's good. I had an 8:25 pace but I did stop for a minute when my shoulder was tight and hurting. I need to figure out how to fix that. My arms are dead now, can't wait for Tabatta tomorrow... Actually I know it's a good thing. Hopefully my arms won't be so numb at the end of my races when I should be strongest.
