1/2 mile warm up, then threw the shot and discus for an hour. We had to wait for Goulding to open the weight room so I joined in their circuit thing they were doing around the turf with push-ups, burpees, v-ups, and planks. 3 laps of that. After weights I ran 2 miles, I feel so drained. I'll have to run before practice, or find some other way to get all my miles in.
Read through some of Meghan's old posts from her senior year and made me really re-evaluate where my mindset is right now. I'm definitely going to need to change some things in order to reach my goals this year. Gotta quit making excuses and put in the work!!
