1/2 mile warm up then 3 mile run. Most of the run wasn't too bad but my head still hurt pretty bad on the up hill. I really want to keep up with the group on the trails though. I can on the roads, I've just got to not let my head get to me. 8x100 strides on the turf. I jogged the first 4 then did the last 4 like normal.
