Former cross country and track runner at Desert Hills High School. Happily married to my wonderful husband Trevor. I’ve overcome cancer twice, and I’m just trying to get back in to running shape again since finishing my treatments. Also studying digital design at DSU.
Usually it takes me about 25 minutes to run my loop, but today it only took 20! Also, I have been trying to eat better along with excerice and I lost 8.5 lbs this month! About another 32 to go until I’m back to pre-chemo again. :)
My brother was in town so I decided to just do a quick mile. I tried to just go as hard as I could. It kind of stinks to feel like you’re going fast then later find out you’re not at all, but at least I’m getting better.
