Personal:
Former cross country and track runner at Desert Hills High School. Happily married to my wonderful husband Trevor. I’ve overcome cancer twice, and I’m just trying to get back in to running shape again since finishing my treatments. Also studying digital design at DSU.
1 mile warm up down Hidden Valley and back, then ran a mile time trial. Really happy because I made a PR, 6:57. Gotta change my goal now... 1 Mile cool down.
Ran 3 down to the Spectrum and back with Chloe. Last mile felt really strong, we had about a 7:50 pace then, and in the end, overall I had an 8:21 pace.
