Former cross country and track runner at Desert Hills High School. Happily married to my wonderful husband Trevor. I’ve overcome cancer twice, and I’m just trying to get back in to running shape again since finishing my treatments. Also studying digital design at DSU.

Soooo definitely starting over with running. Just trying to get back into it to where I enjoy it again. It's been a while, but I know that I'll get there. I guess on the bright side, working in a 120* weather definitely helped to make the run this evening very doable, plus the nice cloud coverage.

Extended my little neighborhood loop a little bit. Still feeling pretty good, but easily able to tell my body has some getting used to to the running groove again.
