The workout was pretty good today. Ran up river road for 2 miles then had 1 mile at 6:40, I hit 6:38 though so that was good. I started to fall back again around .7 but I had to really try to focus on Chloe and keeping up with her. I think it helped to take the warm up slower too. I noticed during cross that taking a slower warm up really helped me in workouts and races. I did 4x200 at the end when I got back to the school. 41, 41, 44, and 40. I had to leave though, my head was really hurting with the little sleep I got.
