Personal:

Former cross country and track runner at Desert Hills High School. Happily married to my wonderful husband Trevor. I’ve overcome cancer twice, and I’m just trying to get back in to running shape again since finishing my treatments. Also studying digital design at DSU.

Kosmin test today, made it about 80 meters farther than before! It was a really good day, a mental boost for sure.

Good day of throwing and running today. Hit 6:43 for my mile, only 3 seconds off from my time today. Glad to finally beat that 7:05, especially when I was already sore today. I didn't have enough time to get the second mile in, I had to get home to babysit.

Workout was a mile tempo run. I was doing pretty good until about .75 into it then I fell back from the group. 7:08, supposed to hit 6:45. New shoes too, they feel good.

5 miles easy with Chloé out on the trails behind Dixie rock. Fun time climbing the rocks around there for a couple hours too!
