Former cross country and track runner at Desert Hills High School. Happily married to my wonderful husband Trevor. I’ve overcome cancer twice, and I’m just trying to get back in to running shape again since finishing my treatments. Also studying digital design at DSU.
Finally fixed the band on my watch today, haven't used it since July. Just ran 4 miles today, mostly on the road. Shin hurt a little, but isn't bugging me after. About a 9:35 pace!
Ran a little bit of the temple quarry trail. It's pretty fun and has great views! It's definitely been a while since I've gone trail running, need to do more of it!
