Former cross country and track runner at Desert Hills High School. Happily married to my wonderful husband Trevor. I’ve overcome cancer twice, and I’m just trying to get back in to running shape again since finishing my treatments. Also studying digital design at DSU.
I wasn't going to go out today, but around 8 I finally did. Felt good for the first time in a while. Increased my speed the last 1/2 mile since it was cooler outside and I think it's time to prepare for workouts.
