So the first 6 miles were pretty good. I ran with Chloe and Bri and we talked the whole time at about an 8 or 8:30 pace. Then I kinda fell back from them and ran the second half on my own. I don't think it was too bad for just running it and not trying to get a certain time. It was definitely a confidence booster knowing I can run at a faster pace for that long (the first half anyway).
My my goal for next week is to run the full mileage. It's all in my head!
