| 1 mile warm up down Hidden Valley and back, then ran a mile time trial. Really happy because I made a PR, 6:57. Gotta change my goal now... 1 Mile cool down. |

| Ran 3 down to the Spectrum and back with Chloe. Last mile felt really strong, we had about a 7:50 pace then, and in the end, overall I had an 8:21 pace. |

| 3 in morning practice, not very good at pacing myself in the mornings yet. Down to Hidden Valley and back. Felt like a good run, but at the end it was a slow pace, 9:29.

| Walked some of the Mayor's Loop with my mom and sister along with her kids. Tried to run some of the hills, but short of breath a little from being sick. I think I'm getting back on my feet again though, should be good to go by Monday. |
