Former cross country and track runner at Desert Hills High School. Happily married to my wonderful husband Trevor. I’ve overcome cancer twice, and I’m just trying to get back in to running shape again since finishing my treatments. Also studying digital design at DSU.
Ran a mile around the neighborhood. About a week ago I did this and walked probably 1/4 of it at different points. Today was probably only about 1/10 of walking, so I’m super happy!
1.8 miles without walking today! It was super slow, but I’m happy! It feels good to take things slow and work on my form. I usually listen to music, but today I listened to the All In Podcast, and I think that helped quite a bit too.
